I saw the Palais gig last night and was instantly transported into the seventies! My son and I both agreed that Alice is simply a genius and his band is brilliant. Hit after hit after hit and never dull moment.
Got a great message today from long time fan and Sony Music Account Manager Aaron N. He wanted to share his Brisbane show experience with Alice, and I thought it would be cool to share it with you guys. Here's what he wrote:
"On Saturday night Brisbane was treated to a very special Alice Cooper show that will stand out for me as one of the best live rock shows i’ve seen in a long time.
Alice ripped through a set songs of songs that reminded you of what a genius he is and of the depth of catalogue he possesses, from crowd favourites “No More Mr. Nice Guy” to the anthemic closer “Schools Out” Alice never once showed his age with all the classics sounding better than ever! I guess the one positive from the unfortunate collapse of soundwave revolution is that Alice’s show has been brought inside and the full theatre production can really be appreciated. If you haven’t seen this show ever i highly recommend you go and check it out!
And for one young fan it was a chance to meet one of his boyhood idols again 21 years on and of course he remembered me ;)"
If you've got a story or an experience you want to share with other fans, e-mail it over to alice@alicecooper.com! We just might feature it on alicecooper.com!

Alice Cooper is Alice from the honeymooners
I saw Alice's concert in Sydney the other night. It is the fourth time I have seen him and the quality of his music or theatrics has not deprecated one little bit. Alice rocked out for nearly 2 hours. I paid for the VIP pass and got to meet Alice after the show which was awesome. I had so many questions to ask but was to star struck to get them out. I suggest if anyone has the opportunity to do the VIP tour do it cause it is worth every cent. Alice you rock!!!
i have been an alice cooper fan from an early age. my dad was a pub singer around the uk, one song i always remember is poison he would do an awesome cover.
never seen a live show yet though i have seen the dvds and blu rays of brutally live and live in montreux.
also just to get a mention here, if you are an artist or in a band or if some one is reading this, check out www.musonation.com
alot of hard work has gone in over the last 2 years and its finally launched. teething problems aside if you are in a band and want to link with your fans like never before, listening to unsigned and signed bands has never been so easy.
You can sign up using facebook aswell. check us out alice fans.
I've only been an Alice fan for 2 years after accidentally hearing 'Steven' from Welcome to my nightmare at a friends place."Is that Alice Cooper?" I said with genuine surprise. That 'little taster' started a full immersion into the musical genius of Alice Cooper. Now, after collecting 27 albums I was ready to see him live for the first time, and in my home town of Brisbane no less. I was so impressed with the relentlessness of the show (track after track being belted out at a manic rate) Fast paced and never a dull moment. A suburb set list that mixed the old classics with the brand new such as 'I'll bite your face off'. The customary theatrics are all there that Coop fans expect including the guillotine and Alice's execution. A 10 foot (or there about) Frankenstein that lurches about the stage and of course the dummy that Alice plays with during Cold Ethyl. I seriously contemplated flying to Sydney to see him again 2 nights later. Easily the best concert Ive EVER been to! Just great fun with awesome tunes and a bloke whose long known how to play the game. 10/10.
I'm ready to show my daughter a nightmare..please come to Wichita Alice
you have to come back to Brisbane! There are still young ones that love your music from growing up around our parents music! But have missed out from unfortunate circumstances! Much love! Danae.
