I am 18 (fitting age) and i know this scene pretty well, not a huge fan of it... but I put up with it for the social interaction, if all is understood, and I will agree with the fact that of the new pop artist generations, gaga would be my first pick for the new age shock value, but the decision is made simply due to the fact that no one else in the mainstream is trying very hard to be different, naked women and *shudder* autotunes *shudder* sell, and now-a-days, if you try to build on something someone else has done (more or less trying to follow the small pocket of shock created by gaga), you become a "mimic" and are generally disregarded as such. It takes alot of talent or something incredibly different than the last which, in the confines set now, means you are carving out a completely different niche, and you tend to drop out of the "pop" spotlight. My oppinion, i hate to say it but, unless you look at the less popular music, you wont find anything all that much better (though the best is still obscenely far from the original splendor) Alice, Great tunes, keep touring, and hit Canada up some time, Ottawa and Victoria are in need of a good show P.S. Your music was my early introduction to the world of Rock, a debt of gratitude good sir
