News : Alice Cooper rocks the "Later With Jool's Holland" show in London, promotes Halloween, Box Set and Special addition Nightmare album

Alice and the band rocked Later With Jool's Holland Tuesday night! They played live on the 30 min show, playing the classic "School's Out" and the single from Welcome 2 My Nightmare "I'll Bite Your Face Off"! Taped versions of the performances will air on Friday with "Under My Wheels" joining the ranks of "I'll Bite Your Face Off", "School's Out".  Also performing were Charley Pride, Bloc Party, Dionne Warwick, Alt-J, and Josephine.  For more info on the episode, check out the BBC website.

The performance promoted Alice's Halloween Night Of Fear shows in the UK, particularly his 3rd annual London Halloween bash, this year at legendary Wembley on the 28th of October. Speaking of Wembley, it's worth mentioning that Alice is the only international artist to play on the grounds of Wembley 5 decades in a row!

This morning Alice commemorated the achievement with a small private ceremony unveiling his very own "hands in cement" at the entrance to Wembley Arena.

Also mentioned on the show were the new condensed version of the "Old School" box set released last year, this time without the DVD, but it includes a mini Yearbook and other goodies and giving fans who couldn't afford the full Box a chance to check out the rare audio/photos included in the original.

And yet another piece of this puzzle, a super limited edition of "Welcome 2 My Nightmare" pressed in transparent blood red vinyl. This is a very cool piece and I personally can't wait to get my hands on it. Saw a test copy and it looks fabulous.
