Blog Post : A Personal Message From Alice Cooper

It is with extreme sadness that we need to inform the community of Alice Cooper fans of the passing of Brian "Renfield" Nelson, Alice's long-time archivist and personal assistant. It was a sudden, completely unexpected, and untimely passing. We would appreciate it if you would keep him in your thoughts, appreciate his many contributions to Alice's life and career over the years, and respect Brian's privacy and the privacy of Alice and his extended family (at home and on tour) at this time.

Alice is currently on tour in Russia, because the show must go on, which is as Brian would have wanted it.

    I just want to say, 'You Rock'.  To be able to combine what you do with Christianity can not always be easy!  I pray for strength for you, and I praise God for the many, many opportunities he must bring your way, such as the previous post here.

    Alice, dont know if you will ever get this message. but been to so many of your concerts.....now my health not good cause of aids. but i drink to get rid of the pain. i think from you experice. you understand. im lost what should i do

    I left LA and did not keep intouch with some friends, Brian was one of them. I am sorry for your loss, Brian was one of a kind. I thought I had all the time in the world once I cleaned up my act. I will miss racket ball and all the fun stuff he saved for me from your shows. I will miss his oddly funny manner and (even though he hated it) how he listend to all my BS about my boyfriends. I will miss him calling me Crow.
